South Side Paved

The south half of the roadway has been completed and traffic is switched back to the south half of the roadway. Work continues on the north half of the road to prepare it for concrete pavement. Motorists are ask to use extra caution while driving through the construction zone over wet and or snow covered pavement. The work zone is a very confined area and a slid-off could result in a serious accident to both drivers and construction workers. Evans Construction Company and the Wyoming Dept. of Trans. thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Progress Continues as Weather Threatens

Work on the Broadway Streets project continues to forge ahead. The onslaught of early autumn storms have hampered work and caused slight delays in the original project schedule. Concrete pavement is being placed in between storms and the south half of the roadway is anticipated to be paved by October 12. Crews will continue to complete the sidewalk and behind-the-curb amenities on the south half of the roadway as traffic is switched and grading work begins on the north side. AS local valley residents look forward to ski season, let’s all hope for a nice Indian Summer for several weeks to come. 8) Evans Construction Co. and the Wyoming Department of Transportation appreciate your patience and cooperation.
